Cinco de Mayo

Tonight we had a very spontaneous Mexican culture night in honor of Cinco de Mayo. Tacos, enchiladas, pico de gallo and guacamole for dinner. Jeff and I spoke in Spanish as much as possible (we're a little rusty!). Then we taught the kids "Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes" in Spanish and played Duck, Duck, Goose (Pato, Pato, Ganzo). They loved it!
Below is a very serious video production of "Cabeza, Hombros, Rodillas y Pies."

We topped off the evening with a yummy Tres Leches Cake. Here's the recipe if you want to give it a try. It was a definite hit! I think this will have to be another family tradition. We all had a lot of fun.

That looks like a true fiesta! We had our own little dinner, but nothing as cool as yours!
