The Box

Our neighbors gave my kids the box their artificial Christmas tree had come in. This box provided some serious entertainment for the month of January! I wish I had taken more pics of all the ways they came up with to play with it. Not only was it a fort, a ship, a train, a rocket, a deep dark cavern with it closed and covered with blankets, a place to sit to watch TV, a dumping ground for miscellaneous toys of all kinds, but they would also stand it upright and use strings to open and close the various flaps while still inside.
