Utah vacation, last day

For our last day in Utah, we took the kids down to Temple Square in SLC. All the kids thought it was very fun to see the new conference center; they had only seen it on the computer during general conference. We loved all the beautiful artwork throughout the building and the rooftop garden area with a gorgeous view of the temple.

Grandma and Grandpa John and Aunt Lori and some of the kids' cousins all met up with us for a very hot, but enjoyable day downtown.

We explored the new downtown shopping area as well. Very lovely!

After lunch we let the kids burn off some energy at a nice indoor play area.
 Grandpa had a better idea!

Sebastian promptly followed suit afterward as we walked back over to one of the visitor centers to see the Christus.

We also took the elevator up to the top of the church office building. This is the view of the state capitol.
The next morning we were up super early and off to the airport. All the kids were very well-behaved for the entire 4-hour flight and Sebastian even slept on my lap for part of it.

Thanks to all our wonderful family members who made this trip so full of fabulous memories for us! We love you all and are so happy that we could spend this time with you.
